Production time is typically 1-2 weeks. Nearing holidays, production time may be increased based on order volume. For larger quantities and bulk orders, expect 2-3 weeks based on stock availability.

Yes. With a PDF or JPEG file we can put anything you would like on a cap or toque. Although some logos require a purchased vector image in order to avoid copyright. An additional charge will be added to logos that require a vector. Please make sure to double check all order details prior to submitting an order. If you notice an error on your order details, please email kaysandco@hotmail.com as soon as possible with the order number and error details. If you have received an order that does not match the order details, we will gladly fix it for you at no additional cost.

Most patched hats can be spot cleaned with soap, water and a cloth as needed. Do not machine wash as excessive moisture and heat will cause the patch to come off. Try to avoid picking or playing with the leather patch. Avoid prolonged exposure to rain or moisture to extend the life of your item.

Yes. As long as all items have the same color leather and logo we provide bulk pricing. Orders of 10 or more will have a 15% discount, Orders of 25 or more will have a 25% discount, and orders of 50 or more will have a 30% discount. ** All toque sizes are approximate. Fit of toques vary based on preferred style. Cuffed toques with a double sided tag can be flipped to be worn uncuffed for room to grow or a beanie style toque.
